MEDICA 2017 – World Forum for Medicine (13 – 16 November)

The world forum for medicine MEDICA opens its doors on November 13 in Düsseldorf, Germany. During four days will be shown the latest developments in the different sectors present in this fair: electromedicine and medical technology, laboratory technology, diagnostics, physiotherapy/ orthopaedic technology, commodities and consumer goods, information and communication technology, medical services and editorial products. The MEDICA fair is held in parallel with the world’s largest fair for suppliers of medicine, the COMPAMED fair.

Training courses for AQUA system technicians.

NGNY has held three new training sessions for technical assistance engineers. These courses, which are carried out at our facilities, explain the technical and operating principles of AQUA system. It learns to configure the database and the adjustable parameters. It also explains the preventive maintenance actions and troubleshooting management. In our editions of February, April and May, we have assisted technical staff from all over the country: Murcia, Alicante, Barcelona, ​​Santander, Santiago, Malaga and Cordoba.

Installation of an AQUA8000 device in CERBA.

NGNY has installed an AQUA8000 device in CERBA laboratory, in Sabadell, to optimize the archiving of the biochemical tubes that finish their route through the automated chain. The system has a production of 1.000 tubes per hour, and classifies the samples depending on whether they have pending determinations, or not. International trade fair MEDICA 2016 (14 – 17 November)

The Medica international trade fair takes place this year from November 14th to 17th in Düsseldorf. This show is the largest exhibition on the theme of global medicine, with over 5.300 exhibitors from around 70 countries. Each year it welcomes more than 130.000 visitors over four days. Alongside stands the international exhibition of high-tech solutions for medical technology COMPAMED. The most important NGNY’s customers have already confirmed their participation as exhibitors for current edition.

Installation of a device STDK500 in Unilabs

Recently, NGNY has installed an STDK500 device in the Unilabs Hematology laboratory, located at its headquarters in Madrid. The device has been configured to receive, in the input area, tubes already processed by the ADVIA® autoanalyzers. The communication with SIGLO is made tube by tube. AQUA: Drawer for racks of Aptio™ automation

NGNY installs a drawer specially designed to support 4 racks of Aptio ™ automation. Specifically, in the laboratory where it has been launched it has been configured to have 2 input racks and 2 output.. The drawer mechanism ensures the position of the rack and prevents it from leaving its accommodation without opening the drawer, so that errors are minimized.
